Refund and cancellation policy

Because the eBook is a digital product that is delivered instantly, purchases cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

When we will refund you

• You were charged twice for the same purchase: we refund the duplicate payment in full.
• Money was deducted but you did not receive the eBook and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours of your email: we refund you in full.
• The file is damaged and we cannot send you a working copy: we refund you in full.

How to ask

Email support@skoolnext.com within 7 days of payment with your order ID or the email and mobile number you used. We reply within 2 working days.

Timelines

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
